Get the right leads to the right SDRs with the right information using Clay’s round robin feature.
Using Typeform and need to enrich, classify, and distribute leads evenly to the right SDRs?
Let Clay do it for you.
This Claybook imports leads from Typeform, enriches them with personal and company data, classifies them into urgent, enterprise, and regular, then distributes those leads evenly amongst SDRs.
First, copy this template in Clay.
If you’re already a user, you’ll be directed to your workspace. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a free Clay account.
The interactive demos on the right will walk you through each step of this Claybook.
Import leads from Typeform and map form fields to column fields, one by one.
Note: You can only retrieve new responses from Typeform, not previous responses.
The purpose of this Claybook is to help you feed the right leads to the right SDRs. Currently, it ranks lead seniority from "A" to "C": "A" for founder/CEO/leadership roles, "B" for mid-level roles, and "C" for junior positions. If data is insufficient to assign a rank, it outputs "Unranked".
To customize ranking, edit the “Level Ranking” Claygent prompt.
This table classifies leads into three categories based on employee count and days since submission: urgent, enterprise, and regular. Specific SDRs will then get assigned those leads in a round robin fashion.
To customize lead classification, edit the “Output Classification” formula.
Last, customize your round robin assignment names and quantity. In this table, we’ve labeled assignment names using numbers (1-6), but we recommended labeling them with your SDRs or AEs names.
