Before we begin

In this Claybook, we’ll show you how to import people from Sales Navigator, enrich them with work emails and phone numbers, and create or update contacts in CRM.

Copy this template

First, copy this template in Clay:

Set up lookup contact in CRM (optional)

To check if a contact exists in your CRM (and push updates if they do), set up the lookup contact column. If you don’t use HubSpot, you can remove this column and add a lookup column for your CRM.

Paste Sales Navigator search URL

The Sales Navigator search URL refers to the unique web address generated when you perform a search on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, which captures all the filters and criteria you've used to target potential leads. 

  • Your URL must be a Sales Navigator People Search URL, not a Company Search URL.
  • Your People Search filters cannot contain a Lead List saved to your personal Account
