Automate your entire lead follow up process, from submission to enrichment to scoring to outbound.
Want to send personalized outbound messages to qualified prospects who submitted Typeforms for content downloads and event registrations?
In this Claybook, we’ll show you how to import Typeform contacts into Clay, enrich them with job titles, classify them based on seniority, qualify them for sales, and personalize an outbound message—without lifting a finger.
First, copy this template in Clay.
If you’re already a user, you’ll be directed to your workspace. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a free Clay account.
The interactive demos on the right will walk you through each step of this Claybook.
Next, import leads from Typeform and map form fields to column fields, one by one.
Note: You can only retrieve new responses from Typeform, not previous responses.
Currently, this table uses Claygent, Clay’s AI research agent, to analyze LinkedIn profiles and categorize leads into three buckets (which later get used to qualify leads):
To customize level grades, edit the “Use AI to level grade” column.
This table labels leads “sales qualified” if they have more than 1,000 employees and received an “A” level grade (founder, C-suite, or lead).
To customize sales qualified criteria, edit the “Account Classification” column.
Last, so you can tailor your outbound to fit your voice, tone, and needs, customize the sales pitch formula in the last column.
Automate your entire lead follow up process, from submission to enrichment to scoring to outbound.
Simply copy this template, follow the steps above, and let Clay work its magic.
If you have any issue, you can ask for help in Slack or schedule time with a Clay expert.
