By automating the entire process using Gong, Hubspot, and Clay.
This Claybook helps sales reps efficiently multi-thread by automatically capturing meeting attendees' emails, enriching their profiles, sending them directly to the CRM, and messaging them at the right time.
Here’s how it works:
First, copy both templates in Clay:
If you’re already a user, you’ll be directed to your workspace. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a free Clay account.

To retrieve calls from Gong, open the “GET Calls” column and edit the timeframe for which you want to import. Then paste your Gong API token in the marked spot. Clay will store all calls within the timeframe—directly in the table. No data warehouse needed.
This table uses the “Basic Authorization” HTTP header. You can also retrieve calls through Oauth using the Bearer token. Learn how to create both here: Gong API, retrieve call data.
Next, send call data to your second table (Calls and enrichment) where we’ll pull in all details, enrich contacts, find emails, and draft quick, informed follow ups.
To get transcripts for calls in the “Calls and enrichment” table, open the “Transcripts” column and paste your API token in the marked spot. Learn more about Gong’s “transcript” documentation here.
To get detailed call data from Gong records, open the “Get call details” column and paste your API token in the marked spot.
In order to change what call details you want to retrieve, edit the body (optional). Currently, the main call details include: brief, topics, parties on the call, outline, keywords tracked, highlights, and points of interest.

Next, add your HubSpot account so you can “lookup” contacts in your CRM and update or create a deal. This table repeats this step seven 7 times, so add your Hubspot account to each of the seven columns. If you don’t use HubSpot, you can delete these columns and replace them with your CRM.
Last, add your enriched prospects to your Gong “Flow” (their version of an automated outbound sequence) for multi-threaded outreach.
Capture meeting attendees' emails, enrich their profiles, send them directly to the CRM, and message them at the right time.
