- Reach out to their former companies
In this hiring workflow, you'll learn how Clay finds and prioritizes candidates with AI formulas, Claygent, and more. Specifically, this workbook will enable you to:
- Find people from a list of target companies
- Filter through candidates with job title keywords (strategy, consultant, account manager, etc.)
- Calculate how many times a candidate has been promoted with respect to the length of time they've been in their current role, to determine performance success
- Use Claygent to categorize the target companies
- Draft personalized emails referencing the above data
In order to run this workflow, you'll need to use the two templates below:
Once you've copied both of these templates into your workspace, follow the instructions in the video above to:
- Set up "GET Calls" to retrieve calls from Gong
- Send your call data to a separate table for enrichment
- Get the call transcripts and details
- Setup HubSpot lookups and updates
- Send next step notes summarized from Gong call recordings through Slack
This recipe creates a custom image for use in a campaign. The image is templatized just like an email, with the ability to create custom colors and add custom images into a campaign. This uses a tech called Dynapictures, and is a higher-effort campaign. However, if done correctly it can also show real effort and work better than a plain text campaign.
This first template shows how the HTTP API integration is oriented so it can send pictures (in this case, the person's LinkedIn profile picture) to Zapier. From Zapier, it connects to Dynapictures and creates the image, which then sends to the second table.
To continue this play, read more on the second table in this sequence
