Learn how this template works
This Clay table workflow automates the process of finding and validating contact information for small businesses and then crafting tailored outreach. The workflow takes a company's domain as input and performs the following tasks:
- It scrapes the company's website for email addresses and retrieves additional email information from Prospeo.
- The collected email addresses are then validated using Debounce to ensure they are active.
- Finally, it uses AI to generate a personalized company compliment based on the company's description and information, which can be used as an opener in cold emails
Here is the workflow that Oneaway uses to maintain less than 2% bounce rate on your emails. It includes prompts to clean your First name, Company name and Job title as well as a prompt to generate 3 variations of Email 1 of your campaign.
This walkthrough shows how Oneaway gets started on campaign work and helps service their clients much faster.
Let's say you have just closed a deal, and are looking to sell to similar companies. With Clay, you can. Use this workflow to:
- Import opportunity data from Salesforce
- Find and enrich similar companies based on keywords and industry
- Find and enrich people from these companies that fit your ICP
- Use AI to generate some discussion points that can be used for potential outreach
- Send these records back to Salesforce
This recipe creates a custom image for use in a campaign. The image is templatized just like an email, with the ability to create custom colors and add custom images into a campaign. This uses a tech called Dynapictures, and is a higher-effort campaign. However, if done correctly it can also show real effort and work better than a plain text campaign.
This first template shows how the HTTP API integration is oriented so it can send pictures (in this case, the person's LinkedIn profile picture) to Zapier. From Zapier, it connects to Dynapictures and creates the image, which then sends to the second table.

This Clay workflow takes the website of the E-Commerce store you are reaching out to and does the following:
- Determines the customer type the store caters to
- Identifies the product, price of the product, and type of product that the store is selling
- Performs a quantity calculation to determine what quantity of the product it would take to be equal to the services you are offering.
