As the CEO of Noom, Geoff Cook is a serial entrepreneur and experienced public company leader whose career spans building and scaling high-growth technology and health companies. He brings a track record of driving revenue growth, launching innovative products, and building cohesive cultures across complex organizations.
At Noom, Cook has led the convergence of diagnostics, lifestyle support, and convenient care to transform the nature of preventive care. Within two years of joining, he drove the launch of Noom Med product lines that now comprise a majority of Noom's revenue. He established Noom's mission — to empower everyone, everywhere to live better longer — and ushered the company into the fast-growing longevity market with the slogan "Everyday wellbeing,"reflecting a focus on vitality today rather than longevity tomorrow. He launched AI screening tools Face Scan and Future Me, pioneered a free tier of Noom to make health a habit for everyone, and built the industry's most advanced GLP-1 Companion to improve outcomes and drive lasting health gains.
Prior to Noom, Cook co-founded The Meet Group, a NASDAQ-listed social dating and live-streaming company connecting millions of active users globally. He served as its CEO from 2013 to 2023, leading it through its $500 million sale in 2020. He grew a live-streaming video and creator economy revenue stream from $0 to over $200 million annualized, and post-acquisition served as co-CEO of the parent company ParshipMeet Group — a portfolio that includes eharmony, MeetMe, Tagged, Lovoo, Skout, and Growlr. Under his leadership, the video Platform-as-a-Service enterprise product he conceived grew to power 6 of the top 50 social apps in the US by revenue. He also acquired and integrated four companies — Tagged, LOVOO, Skout, and Growlr — into one cohesive culture.

Education History
Geoff Cook graduated from Harvard University in 2000 with a BA in Economics. He is currently pursuing an MS in Nutrition Science from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.
