I was rejected, can I get more feedback?

Due to the volume of applications we receive each month, we’re unable to provide individual feedback beyond the email given. A few notes on our acceptance criteria:

  1. We only admit the top ~20% of candidates out of every batch. Almost every single application we receive is from a user who knows Clay well. Please don’t take rejection here to mean that we don’t see and value your contribution to the Clay ecosystem!
  2. The use cases that our customers are looking for also influences who we accept into the network, and this is constantly changing.
  3. Finally, we try to diversify the skillsets, locations, industries, and other factors of the cohort as a whole. E.g. if we have a big number of outbound agencies, we try to accept fewer in order to provide the range of services that customers look for when browsing clay.com/experts

We always encourage you to re-apply when you’ve worked with more clients, hone in on specialized use cases, and continue to stay on top of the products!
