I was rejected, can I get more feedback?
Due to the volume of applications we receive each month, we’re unable to provide individual feedback beyond the email given. A few notes on our acceptance criteria:
- We only admit the top ~20% of candidates out of every batch. Almost every single application we receive is from a user who knows Clay well. Please don’t take rejection here to mean that we don’t see and value your contribution to the Clay ecosystem!
- The use cases that our customers are looking for also influences who we accept into the network, and this is constantly changing.
- Finally, we try to diversify the skillsets, locations, industries, and other factors of the cohort as a whole. E.g. if we have a big number of outbound agencies, we try to accept fewer in order to provide the range of services that customers look for when browsing clay.com/experts
We always encourage you to re-apply when you’ve worked with more clients, hone in on specialized use cases, and continue to stay on top of the products!
